Refund Policy for Printed and Paper Goods
We take great care in ensuring the quality of all printed and paper goods. Due to the nature of these products -printed on demand, just for you-, we do not offer refunds on printed or paper goods, including but not limited to, custom prints, notetbooks, stationery, greeting cards, and any other printed materials.
Exceptions:
- If your printed or paper goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.
- Any errors on our part, such as incorrect printing or shipping mistakes, will be addressed immediately with a full replacement or refund.

Refund Policy for Handcrafted Items and Fabrics
Because our handcrafted items and fabrics are made with care and attention to detail, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on these products unless there is an issue with the craftsmanship or defects.
Returns and Refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the description on our website.
- If you wish to return an item due to a defect or damage, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear images of the issue.
Custom or personalized items, such as bespoke handcrafted pieces or fabric cuts, are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. Please ensure all customizations are double-checked before placing your order.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues. We will do our best to make things right.
