    Many of our products, including but not limited to apparel, home goods, and fabrics, are created using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. These items are custom printed specifically for each order and require additional time for production and fulfillment. By placing an order for a POD product, you acknowledge that it may take longer to ship than pre-made, in-stock items.

  • Fabric Products:
    Our fabric products are also produced on-demand and may take additional time to manufacture and ship. Fabric production times vary based on the complexity of the design and the supplier involved.

  • Global Sourcing & Fulfillment:
    We source and fulfill products from multiple suppliers located around the world. This global network helps us ensure efficient production and faster delivery, particularly for international customers. While we strive to ship orders promptly, you acknowledge that shipping times and availability may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and delivery destination.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • International Orders:
    We ship globally, and while we work with suppliers around the world to optimize shipping times, international orders may take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.

  • Shipping Delays:
    While we make every effort to ship your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to shipping carrier issues, customs delays, or unforeseen circumstances. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors once your order has left our fulfillment center.
