By placing an order at MARIA RODRIGUEZ, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms govern your purchase of products from us, including all orders made through our website, by phone, or through any other sales channel. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Keep in mind thatwe are making orders on demand which means, your product is produced only after purchase. No stock or product is ship-ready.
1. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods under these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or concerns related to your payment method.
Once we process your order and provide an order confirmation, the sale is considered final.
2. Product Availability
All products offered for sale are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options, such as a replacement product or a refund.
3. Pricing
All prices listed are in EUROS, and prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, including charging the correct price or canceling orders made at an incorrect price.
Sales tax, shipping, and handling charges are not included in the listed product price and will be added at checkout.
4. Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay. By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. We make every effort to ship orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected at checkout and are added to the total order cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processing for international orders.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Custom, personalized, or made to order items and fabric cuts may not be eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect upon receipt.
7. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from us are shipped with the risk of loss transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit.
8. Custom Orders
For any custom, made-to-order, or personalized products, please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website or in any of our products are the property of MARIA RODRIGUEZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the site or products without our express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARIA RODRIGUEZ will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

We are not liable for any failure to perform under these Terms of Sale if such failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toulouse.
